The Theme of Your Heart

Psalm 22:25

Today's New International Version (TNIV)

25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;
    before those who fear you I will fulfill my vows.

There is a reoccurring theme in everyone's heart. it is their passions, their "life story" if you will.  Your life story will have a theme through it. some good themes some not so good.

what is the theme of your story? if someone could read you what would they say is the theme of your heart?

i love this verse because it shows Davids pure heart towards God. No one can doubt by reading the psalms and the story of Davids life that he is a passionate praiser, whole hearted worshiper and intimate lover of God. Although his story has ups and downs, like ours, the theme always goes back to praise.

When someone were to look over your life, you want them to be able to catch a "theme"..and for me, i pray i echo that one of David and that from God comes the theme of my heart. That i become a "leaker" of praise and worship.

even in all the stuff life throws at you, what is it that you return to?
What is on the inside will come out, good and bad
What happens in your life is an overflow of what is inside your heart. if your heart overflows with negativity and defeat, then that is what will spill out and consequently affect your life.

we dont necessarily have to talk about the tragedies or mistakes that can happen to any of us, bur rather the recurring pattern or theme. if your heart overflows with generosity and love that is what will affect your world.

no matter what circumstances you may be facing, deal with the issues of the heart and begin to overflow with a good theme. your heart has the powerful capacity to instruct you in a positive and life-changing way

it is never to late to change the theme of your heart.
i want to be the kind of person that someone enjoys "reading" the story of.  changing the theme of your hear doesn't mean you wont have adversity or challenges, but like a plane in the midst of a storm, it will stay on the course set, and will see you through to the other side!

let God Write your story..surrender and give him your life to change, equip and release you into your God given destiny.

bless you all,
Heather Anne
